Schools cricket net supplier, DEM Sports from Welney, Cambridgeshire, were delighted to donate a Tottenham football shirt, signed by many of Tottenham’s past heroes including Pat Jennings, Ossie Ardiles and Jimmy Greaves, to the The Dream Factory charity, whose aim is to brighten the lives and encourage hope for children with life-limiting or lifethreatening conditions.

The shirt was auctioned at a fund raising event, which included an “up close and personal” with Harry Redknapp. The shirt raised £1300-00 for the charity.

DEM Sports recently announced that they will be donating £25-00 from every sports net solution that they sell into schools or other organisations to youth focused charities.

DEM Sports Managing Director, John Loveday said “It’s rewarding supporting school and youth sport, whether providing gifts to charities such as the Dream Factory, making regular donations through sales of our products or developing sport in schools with the use of our net systems. Childrens’ dreams do come true through sport and this is a key motivator for DEM Sports.”
